Save life of 10 old age people

Subject:Save life of 10 Old People's having age between 80 to 95 at Shantiniketan Chariteble Trust located at Khed Shivapur

Respected Sir,

Please find enclosed complaint of ten  old age people's. All these people have paid around 25 Lakh rupees each to Shri Ajay Govind Bhute (Ph.9370034577/7030892220)
Mr Bhute formed a trust having name Shantiniketan Chariteble Foundation.  And given attractive advertisement for old age home at village Gautdara, near Khed Shivapur Tal Haveli District Pune Pin 412205.
He has not provided basic needs like medical facility to these old people's. Last year four old people's died due to lack of medical facilities. Now remaining 10 old people's are facing serious problem. He Is demanding further money from them and he instructed them to vacate the old age home on or before 30 Aug 2016. He is not refunding there 25 Lakh rupees and simply asking them to vacate. 2 days back light was disconnected and after payment of Rs 50000 it has been restored.  This old age home is 3 km inside the road and no proper approach road is there. Old people's are suffering from blood pressure, sugar and heart problems. Mr Bhute has asked workers also to leave the Old age home. Hence all the old people's are help less. Mr. Ajay Bhute is a builder and more than 200 cases are registered on his name and court directed to pay compensation but he is not paying compensation to consumers as per judgement. He Is simply making contempt of court.
And now these old people's don't have money to move.
So please intervein in the matter and take possession if this old age home as it's trust property and save all old aged people's.  We all  will become old and then we will also suffer like this.
